Good Beer GuideWe're really pleased to have been included in every Good Beer Guide since 2007. The first publication since we opened. We really do care about our beer and it's nice that other people see that too. Our motto is "If you like our beer...tell others. If you don't...tell us!" [x]

5 Stars!!The nice man from Environmental Health comes round every 18 months to look at what we do and how we do it. He's given us 5 stars! Again! This is for our food and beer service. It's basically saying that we like things to be clean, safe, neat and tidy. [x]

Best Bar None AwardThis is the only year we entered for this award and we won The Best Pub category for the whole of Calderdale. It's basically run by the fire, police and trading standards people, and means that we are a very safe place for you to come and enjoy your beer. [x]
